Teachers have the right to safeguard their self-esteem and dignity. They are responsible for treating every student equally and fairly while assisting them to secure their self-esteem and dignity. Being educated, experienced adults, teachers are expected to guide and facilitate students spending their class time economically to accomplish their learning goals. Teachers may explicitly inform the students what their daily plans will be well before beginning to discuss the topics. Teachers will be fair, and just and may try to be objective when assessing and evaluating the students’ subject knowledge and learning skills.

Our school’s high school credit courses have been a cornerstone of our academic offerings since 2017. These courses, available through both private high school and virtual high school options, are meticulously designed to help students achieve their educational goals.

Teachers communicate students’ achievement to them and their parents continuously throughout the course in multiple ways (i.e., parent-teacher conferences, interviews, parent-student-teacher conferences). Teachers will give detailed information about student achievement so as to encourage students to set goals for learning and assist parents in supporting learning at home. These conferences also encourage the teachers to set plans for teaching. 

Additionally, teachers will explicitly tell students how to present their voice both when writing and in presentations and when and how to use others’ voices to support their voice while giving those writers the due recognition and credit.
